LLL Photography

The author of Journey to lake Tahoe and Beyond, Larry Pesetski is the owner of a photography company named LLL Photography. He has been involved in creating photographic images over the past 30 years. His major areas of interest are Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, the Sierra, and the Big Sur coastline. He is a member of the North American Nature Photographers' Association, Yosemite Western Artists, and the American Film Institute. His images have appeared as stock photography on numerous calendars, greeting cards, and visitors' bureau brochures. The Fresno Convention and Visitors' Center has used his work to publicize the Blossom Trail in the Central Valley. Larry researched, developed, and implemented multi-media programs including Adobe Photoshop and digital presentations of still and moving images.  

Recently he has moved from still images into the world of video. He has taught Videography classes on the high school, community college, and adult levels, and he has worked with some of the top animators in Hollywood. His students have produced countless public service videos for groups such as the National Park Service, Cal-Trans, and the Merced River Nature Conservancy. Larry is a multi-media senior associate with Hammertech Inc., selling and distributing Macro System Casablanca editing boxes.  

Future photo and video projects include a photographic essay of the Yosemite region, a photo essay of the Great Reno Balloon Festival, and a photographic book on the ever-changing vistas of the Big Sur coast. Larry and his wife, Loretta, split their time between Oakhurst near Yosemite, and Incline Village, Nevada, at Lake Tahoe. They share their lives with two dogs and a cat.
